Chocolate Mousse with Brandy

Ingredients:

Yields 4 Large Servings

6 oz Dark Chocolate Chips

3 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

2 Tbsp Brandy

½ Cup Scalded Milk

3 Tbsp Strong Hot Coffee

2 Eggs

 

Method:

Beat all Ingredients in blender for 2 minutes

Chill for 1 hour

How to prepare scalded milk: Scalding the milk helps achieve the desired texture of the mousse

Heat milk in saucepan on medium-low. Stir frequently to keep milk from thickening or burning on the bottom of the pan. Heat milk until it starts to steam producing small bubbles. Do not boil the milk.
